Reftext also stores data on persons and partner
companies that have contacted Reftext or that
have been contacted by Reftext for the purpose
of providing services to Reftext.

The data file may contain the following

– Email address

– Information on contact requests, offers and
   completed jobs

Tietojen siirtäminen

Transfer of data

Asiakasrekisterin sisältö on vain sellaisten Reftext:n
työntekijöiden käytettävissä, jotka tarvitsevat tietoja
työnsä tekemiseen. Tietoja ei koskaan käytetä tai
luovuteta muuta käyttöä kuin laskutusta tai laki-
sääteisten velvoitteiden täyttämistä varten.

Henkilötietoja ei siirretä Euroopan unionin ulko-
puolelle, ellei se ole tarpeen Reftext:n tai sen
kumppanien teknisten ratkaisujen toteuttamiseksi
tässä dokumentissa esitettyä tietosuojaa heikentä-
mättä.

The personal data in the customer register is only
available to Reftext´s employees that need the
data for their work. Collected information will not
be disclosed outside of Reftext, except for invoicing,
as well as in order to meet legal requirements.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the
European Union unless it is necessary to ensure
the technical implementation of solutions used by
Reftext or its partners, without any compromising
the privacy set forth in this document.

Oikeus tietojen tarkistamiseen

Right to verify and amend data

Rekisteröidyillä on oikeus nähdä heistä kerätyt
tiedot. Pyynnöt tietojen tarkistamiseen on lähe-
tettävä kirjallisesti tässä tietosuojaselosteessa
mainitulle yhteyshenkilölle. Reftext käsittelee
yhden tarkistuspyynnön vuodessa veloituksetta.

Lisäksi rekisteröidyillä on oikeus pyytää heitä
koskevien tietojen korjaamista tai virheellisten tai
vanhentuneiden tietojen poistamista. Kirjalliset
tietojen muokkauspyynnöt on lähetettävä tässä
tietosuojaselosteessa mainitulle yhteyshenkilölle.

Data subjects have the right to see personal data
collected about them. Written requests to see
this data have to be sent to the contact person
mentioned in this policy. Reftext processes one
review request per year free of charge.

In addition, data subjects have the right to request
modification or removal of incorrect or outdated
personal data. Written requests for modifying the
data have to be sent to the contact person
mentioned in this policy.

All personal data will be treated as confidential in
all circumstances. Reftext’s data network and
storage files are protected by firewalls, passwords,
and other security measures.

Right to prohibit use

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää häntä koskevien
tietojen paljastaminen ja käsittely suoramarkki-
nointiin ja muuhun mainontaan.

Data subjects have the right to prohibit disclosure
and handling of their data for direct marketing and
other promotional purposes.
